Students will work in a team assigned by the professor. You will develop a research proposal (read a research proposal to Crystal Bank on the pages 84-85 in your text and research proposal outline in the Appendix A in the syllabus). You need do your pilot study and include some simple data analysis in your research proposal. You will present your research design and submit your written report to the management team in your last course. There are the allocation of percentages: pilot study (20%), final written research project  (70%), presentation (10%)

EXTRA 30 points will be earned if your management team comes to listen to your presentation.
