How do I place materials on Reserve?

How long is the check-out period for faculty? 

Full-time faculty can check out Ryan Library books for 6 months.  Check-out period for adjunct and part-time faculty is 3 months.  No renewals are allowed on these books.

Do PLNU faculty have borrowing privileges at other San Diego area universities?

I would like to have a librarian provide research instruction for a class.  Is this possible?

I would like to have a Research Guide created for a specific class/course.  Who should I talk to?

Find out which Librarian is assigned as the liaison to your department/school.

I just had a book published.  Would Ryan Library be interested in adding it to the library collection?

Ryan Library tries to include every publication by a PLNU author as we are able.  Please contact Denise Nelson, our library director, to let her know of your publication.

I would like to donate some books to the library collection.  Does Ryan Library accept donations?

Can I place links to full-text articles in library databases directly into Canvas?

Yes, as long as there is a permanent or stable URL for the article.
