Info for Faculty: Library Resources

The Info for Faculty page is designed to help connect PLNU full-time and adjunct faculty members with the resources, contact information, and other materials they need most frequently from the library.

Ask a Librarian

Chat with a librarian here!

You can also connect via text message at 619-592-8884 or by email.

Research Guides

Need help finding the right source? Don't know where to start? The librarians at Ryan Library have created a series of Research Guides for each PLNU academic department/school.

In each guide you will find useful links and resources for your general and specific research needs.

Library Resources

Under the Library Resources tab above, you'll find subpages for specific resources. Access them using the tab subheadings or click below for what you need:

Research Consultation

For specialized or complex research projects, we encourage you to meet with your department's liaison librarian to discuss the resources available to you. Whether the challenges you face concern locating specific resources, learning to use databases or other tools that are new to you, or requesting materials from other libraries, the PLNU librarians are pleased to support faculty scholarship. Please see the list below to identify your department's liaison.
